A big portion of thin noodles served in a bowl of thick and creamy broth. Taste quite same but tamago is deff the champ since it has soft cooked egg and tender slices of pork belly chashu
Greentea Creme Brulee
The burnt sugar shell on top cracks perfectly! It's greentea-ish, light, and delicate.
